Cecilia Magna Organ Module
To complement, for example, your purchase of finely-crafted organ manuals, organ pedalboard and organ bench, we offer the Cecilia Magna organ module to enable you to build complete organ consoles of exceptional quality. We also supply the Cecilia Magna organ module separately to customers that already have keyboards, pedalboards and so forth, for example as a retrofit to an existing instrument.
Although many users employ standard quad-core PC’s equipped with software such as GrandOrgue and Hauptwerk® (Milan Audio Inc.) To create virtual organs of stunning and awesome fidelity, setting up such PC’s each time at switch-on, likewise switch-off, can be cumbersome and frustrating. The Cecilia Magna organ module provides a perfect solution in a form of a self-contained module that can be built into consoles or simply Used as an “add on” to an older electronic organ console equipped with MIDI outputs. Moreover, the Cecilia Magna organ module can be used with contemporary keyboards, for example, digital pianos to provide churches and chapels with impressive authentic Pipe organ sounds to accompany congregational singing at a cost that is greatly below that of a real pipe organ.
The Cecilia Magna organ module is manufactured in Europe, by craftsman and craftswomen, who are passionate about creating highly authentic organ sounds, French Romantic, Baroque, Renaissance and modern organs.
Moreover, the Cecilia Magna organ module is user-configurable via a simple-to-use touch screen, allowing various sound parameters to be adjusted and memorized for future use. For those users that are more interested in playing rather than adjusting parameters, we can pre-configure the Cecilia Magna organ module for you in a customized manner.
The Cecilia Magna organ module functions on very reliable proprietary Linux software. The Cecilia Magna organ module is supplied with default sample sets of very exceptional quality, with individual pipe-by-pipe samples with long sample period to achieve a very high degree of sound realism. If required, subject to third party licensing arrangements and permissions, sample sets from various providers to GrandOrgue, Hauptwerk®(MilanAudiInc.) can be made to function with the Cecilia
Cecilia Magna Organ Module.
Large consoles, for example 4 manual and pedal consoles, can be constructed to include several Cecilia Magna organ modules in left- and right-hand jambs to provide for stop control. Large virtual cathedral organ consoles can be constructed at a small fraction of the cost of such consoles from contemporary third-party suppliers; the Cecilia Magna organ module thereby provides an organ console construction approach of exceptional quality, flexibility, durability and cost-effectiveness.
Stereo 16-bit 96 kHz sound sampling
USB input (MIDI in), stereo audio output (1/4 inch jack) and 9 volts power in connections (on recessed side panel)
Touch tabs of exception quality and feel; illuminated stop indicators
Attractive real wood case
Retractable back support so that the module can be mounted “free standing” on top of an existing console or keyboard, if required
Simple-to-use touch screen for configuring the organ module including::
Pitch control, Temperament Selection, Tremulant Adjustment, Pipe-to-Pipe random detune (to provide lush and full sound on full-organ), Reverberation Adjustment, Individual Relative Stop Loudness adjustment, MIDI Channel Selection (via simple-to-use “listen” mode), Overall Volume Control Adjustment, Piston Control and Settings,
Swell Pedal Control and Settings, Wind-Pressure Simulation effects (i.e. simulates slight pitch drop that occurs in a real organ when many pipes are sounding simultaneously due to wind chest air flow resistance),
Module boots up automatically on application of power, and can tolerate abrupt switch-off (for example, as occurs when the module is built into consoles with a single central power switch for the console)
-Ferromagnetic Front Panel allows magnetic stop-label strips to be quickly and easily exchanged for different sample sets. Fast start-up and sample loading of typically 1 minute or less (depends on sample size used).
